Hello, my name is Garett Kates.  I was born and raised in Texas and have lived in the greater Austin areas since 2002. I have been doing real estate inspections since 2006.

My goal is to provide you with a  complete home inspection.  I will perform the home inspection to the best of my ability, as if I was going to be living in your home.  I will take the time to thoroughly inspect your home, generate a detailed report and then discuss these findings with you.  The home inspection report will be generated using the latest software and digital pictures will be included in the report to illustrate problems.
